Hyatt Regency Riverfront is in compliance with the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) and continues to search for ways to better accommodate all visitors.
2. When will I receive my ticket in the mail?
Tickets will be mailed out 4-6weeks prior to the conference. If you have questions about your tickets, call 904.549.2938.
3. Is parking included? If not, how much does it cost?
Garage parking is the responsibility of an outside company and is not the responsibility of WJCT or the Hyatt Regency. Parking is approximately $8.00 per vehicle.
4. Can I bring my children? Will childcare be included?
There is a 14-year-old age minimum to attend the event. No childcare is provided.
5. I can’t make it to the event, but can I pick-up my gift bag at the station?
You must be present at the conference to pick-up your gift bag.
6. Is seating assigned during the breakfast, lunch and keynote speaker?
Reserved seating is only available by purchasing a luncheon table sponsor. To find out more about a table sponsorship, you may call 904-358-6367.
7. How many Breakout Sessions can I attend?
You may attend as many as you would like.
8. If I am on the waiting list, when will I know if there are tickets available?
We will contact you if any spots become available.

Products donated by National and Local sponsors.
11. Do I need to stay for the whole day? Can I leave early if I need to?
You may leave early although the gift drawing will occur at the end of the day.
12. Is the even appropriate for teenage girls?
The minimum age of attendees is 14-years-old.
13. Is there a limit to the number of health screenings I can receive?
There is no limit to the number of health screenings you can participate in at the conference.
