Audio
Audio Editing – $125/episode
(up to 45 min; +$25 per additional 15 min) Professional edit including noise reduction, level balancing, music/intro/outro integration, and pacing cuts. One revision included; additional revisions at $25/hr. Includes: 2 audiograms, show notes, episode title, publishing.
Video
Video Editing — Studio Recording — $250/episode
(up to 60 min; +$50 per additional 30 min) Single-camera studio recording edit. Includes intro/outro, lower thirds, and basic color correction. No b-roll or photos. One revision included; additional revisions at $25/hr. Includes: show notes and episode title.
Video Editing — With B-Roll & Photos — $350/episode
(in-person, single camera) Full production edit with client-supplied b-roll footage and photos integrated throughout. One revision included; additional revisions at $25/hr.
YouTube: We deliver your episode fully prepped for publishing: edited video, optimized title, description, tags, custom thumbnail, and one short-form clip (Shorts). Everything arrives in a single shared folder ready to upload. WJCT only uploads to audio platforms for your privacy and you stay in full control of your channel. Audio Publishing All Podcast Apps — +$50/episode
(add-on to any video package) Upload and optimization of your full episode and a short-form clip (Shorts) to YouTube. Includes title, description, tags, and thumbnail upload. Requires credential information and access to your podcast backend.
Promotional Clips Add-on — $75/episode
Want us to pick your promotional clips for you? We’ll select four compelling options and you choose your favorite two—no need to dig through your content to find what works. One round of selections.
Live Production
Virtual Recording Session — $75/hr
(Riverside.fm only) A producer joins your virtual recording to monitor audio and video quality in real time, manage guest tech issues, and flag problems before they become editing headaches.
Launch & Setup
Complete Podcast Setup — $250 flat fee
Full-service launch package. We configure your hosting, upload your trailer, and submit your show to all major podcast directories (Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon Music, iHeart, and more) so your show is searchable from day one. Includes: hosting setup, directory submissions, RSS configuration, show artwork upload, trailer upload.
Strategy & Consulting
Podcast Consultation — $350 flat fee
(up to 90 min) One-on-one session covering anything you need: workflow, AI tools, podcast marketing, launch planning, show concepts, or a full audit of your existing show. Session notes provided afterward. Includes follow-up notes, links and action items.
Studio Rental
Hourly Rate — $150 per hour
Studio rental by the hour.
Half-Day Package — $500
Up to 4 hours of Studio 5 rental time.
Full-Day Package — $800
Up to 8 hours of Studio 5 rental time.
