THANK YOU FOR PRESENTING THIS INFORMATIVE PROGRAM. I HAVE FOLLOWED SOME OF THE INFORMATION ON THE PROJECT. ONE ITEM I HAVE NOT HEARD DISCUSSION ON IS HOW DO WE PAY FOR THE DEEPENING OF THE RIVER? IF WE DEPEND ON FEES FROM THE SHIPPERS DO WE HAVE A SIGNED CONTRACT WITH THEM THAT WILL COVER THE COST? DO WE HAVE A SECONDARY SOURCE OF REPAYMENT IF THE FEES CHARGED AS NOT SUFFICIENT TO PAY FOR THE PROJECT? I THINK IT’S IMPORTANT TO DISCUSS THE COST INVOLVED AND HOW THEY ARE TO BE PAID.
Where is the coastal biologist? Dr. Jaffee aside, do you just want big business to be included in the forum?
