Have you activated PBS Passport?
If you can watch beloved programs like "All Creatures Great and Small," "Grantchester," "Royal Flying Doctors," and "Downton Abbey," then your PBS Passport account is already activated.
To activate, here are some steps to get you started:
Step 1: You will receive an activation email from JAXPBS
- If you did not receive the activation email, please click HERE and scroll to the Don’t have an activation code? section
- It is recommended to Create a PBS Account
- If it states you already have an account, then do a password reset
- Click HERE to do the password reset
- Scroll to Forgot Password and click on it
Step 2: Download the PBS App on a TV, tablet, phone or access PBS Passport by going to jaxpbs.tv on a web browser
- Downloading the app will provide the best user experience
- The app will simply state PBS or PBS Video
- If it states anything other than that, then it is not the correct app to download
Step 3: The device will require an activation step as well.
- The instructions will be presented on the TV. Please read carefully and follow the instructions provided
- You will need either a tablet or a smartphone to complete this step
- Once this step is completed, the TV will switch from that screen back to JAXPBS
