Bio: Jim Lacey trained as a commercial artist in the sixties and has spent many years on the road working in the carnival business painting murals on rides, concessions and whatever needed painting. At the age of 75, he’s now (mostly) off the road and has time for the type of painting he’s always enjoyed.
