Bio: Hello! I am a yoga teacher and co-teach at Two Suns Rising Yoga Teacher Training. I also have written a book of poems as well as written and illustrated a children’s book. I received a masters degree from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). I have lived many places in the world but presently make my home with my family in beautiful Saint Augustine, Florida.
