Bio: My name is Lawrence Philp. I have been painting for forty years. I have lived in Flagler County, the Palm Coast area since 1996. I hold the MFA in painting from the University of Michigan’s, School of Art and Design, Horace Rackham Graduate School now the Penny Stamps School of Art and Design in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
