Growing up, Ursula Joseph didn’t play with dolls. Instead she played with her older brother’s toys. She soon found an interest in art and later earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering. After seeing an artist using polymer clay to create jewelry, she began sculpting life-like dolls using polymer clay.
After a diagnosis of Crohn’s disease, Kathy Godwin turned to clean eating to help alleviate symptoms of the disease. By eliminating dairy, sugar, and glutens she improved her overall quality of life. Today, Kathy creates foods for the health conscious and those with digestive diseases at Kathy’s Table.
WJCT producer Carlos Bouvier ventures along with veteran skydiver Art Sheaffer to experience a thrilling tandem jump at Skydive Palatka. Art’s passion for skydiving is explored as well as the adrenaline driven excitement of jumping from 14,000 feet.
